Dramalj
Dramalj is a well known tourist resort located on the northern Adriatic coast primarily consisting of villas, sweets , vacation resorts, and hotels. It has a population of about 1400 people which are mostly engaged in the tourism and catering industry. The climate is typical Mediterranean, meaning you can enjoy nice weather about six months a year. Along the shores of Dramalj there are many pebble beaches. There is also a wide variety of restaurants which offer some of the local specialty foods on their menus. There also is a wide variety of water sports including water skiing and paragliding which are offered at the sports and recreation center near the hotel Omorika. At Culture Hall during the winter seasons, the locals hold their traditional carnival feasts.
Dramalj can be reached by sea or air and the airport is conveniently located only 20km away.
