Is the commission fee contained in the accommodation price?

Yes, with the reservation confirmation you receive a bill, which lists all costs in detail. The commission is already contained in the accommodation price. That is, all price lists you see on Kvarner.com already contain the commission fee. Thus no further costs arise for you. That is our understanding of transparency.

Is my reservation over Kvarner.com safe?

We work on our InterNet pages with most modern safety standards. Besides we guarantee you that we treat your data confidentially.

Can you send brochures to me?

We focused ourselves completely in selling on the InterNet. We can send you therefore no broshures. In addition, selling over the InterNet brings you as a customer also something, because thus we can offer you all of our obtained accommodations for a particularly favourable price.

From whom do we receive the keys when we book one of your accommodations?

All houses are administered by the owner families which live there. The families are informed directly after your reservation and/or after your pre-payment and expect your arrival. The families are also contact partners for all your requests. Each guest receives exact information from us before the journey for the expiration of your holiday.
